Emergency Services
Chez Hope maintains a 24 Hour Crisis Line, 7 days a week 365 days a year. Chez Hope is also linked to the Louisiana State Domestic Violence Crisis Line that connects the caller to the Chez Hope Crisis Line.

Housing
Access to the emergency shelter facility is 24 hours a day. The emergency shelter is also staffed 24 hours a day and maintains a sophisticated alarm system for security purposes with multiple cameras placed around the building to assure safety.

Supportive Services
Chez Hope provides continued supportive services to all survivors which include networking with community resources and networking with other community service providers.

Outreach
The office provides legal advocacy, a weekly support group, community collaboration of services, referrals to community resources and a public awareness program.

KKIDSS Center
Supervised Visitation unites a parent/guardian and child at a neutral location. The Center provides a place that is safe, friendly, and child oriented. Trained monitors, along with security staff, will be onsite during all visits. The visits are closely monitored by our staff, which may intervene when necessary to ensure appropriate parent/child interactions.

Batterer's Intervention Program (BIP)
BIP is a Domestic Violence Education Program (Duluth Model, DAIP) designed for men using abusive behavior in their personal lives and at the same time designed to assure the safety of victims.

Children's Services
Chez Hope maintains a full service children’s program. The program has a full time Children’s Coordinator. The primary area of services is the Children’s Center. The center has 1500 square feet that includes an office space, a space for small children, a craft room, a kitchen, a library and a teen room.
